The app itself does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts. Your game progress is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.

You can control ad personalisation and reset your Advertising ID in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads.
The app can send you local reminder notifications (for example, to collect earnings). These are generated entirely on your device. You can turn them off any time in the app's settings or in your device's notification settings.
Rich Empire is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the ads shown in the app, please contact us and we will work with our ad partner to address it.
Game progress lives on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes it. To reset advertising-related identifiers, use your device's Google Ads settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
